Terms of Service

Pillow Talk (“the service”) is operated by Beer Holding LLC. It provides a private, shared space for exactly two adult partners to communicate about intimacy: asks and answers, boundaries, and small games. By creating an account or joining a room you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. We may end any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

Accounts are anonymous: your access code is your only credential. We cannot reset or recover a code for you — keep it safe. If you lose it, the only way back into a shared room is a recovery link generated by your partner. Losing the code with no partner recovery available means losing access to the account.

What the two of you write belongs to the two of you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, encrypt, transmit, and display it inside your room — nothing else. Either partner can leave a room or schedule its deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pillow Talk is free to use today. We may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do: pricing will always be shown clearly before you are charged; subscriptions will renew and cancel under the terms of the platform you purchase through; and except where the law or a platform requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Paid features will never weaken the privacy commitments in the Privacy Policy, and content you created while the service was free remains yours and accessible.

The service may show clearly marked links or suggestions for third-party products, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them. Such links load nothing and tell the merchant nothing until you choose to tap them, and we never share your account information or room content with merchants or advertisers.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. We may modify or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the app first.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beer Holding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with an in-app notice before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA. Questions: feedback@getpillowtalk.app.
